Permitted use

Use the service within its intended functions and applicable law. Attacks on systems, circumvention of access controls and unlawful content are prohibited. You retain rights in your own content and must hold the rights needed for processing and sharing you request.

Information and third-party services

Event information, maps, weather and other information may change or contain errors. Check information relevant to safety or participation directly with organisers and responsible authorities. External services also follow their providers’ terms. Statutory claims against us remain unaffected.

Statutory rights and liability

Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory law remains unlimited. For negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract insofar as legally permitted. Otherwise statutory rules apply; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Changes and contractual terms

The version number identifies changes to these texts. Publishing a new version does not mean that you have accepted changes to the contract. Any required consent or specific notice must be obtained or provided separately. Statutory update duties and remedies for defective digital services remain unaffected.

German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence. No exclusive consumer jurisdiction is established.
